Benze De Ream is a designer, artist, and researcher from London. Coming from a background in sound arts and with a rich experience of working as a carpenter and metal worker, his practice involves creating environments which abstract and distort variations of reality, nominally as new media, speculative soundscapes, and symbolic material interventions, while ploughing discourse to uncover its most absurd sprouts. His research is concerned with the political and social entanglements underlying computational influence, and the real-world material implications that ensue from online phenomena.
